These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and us governing your use of the SpecWrap applications, websites and related services (together, the "Service").

SpecWrap lets car-wrap professionals upload photographs of vehicles and generate AI-assisted previews of how vinyl wrap films may look when applied ("Renders"). The Service includes project organization, client-sharing galleries and related tools.

The Service is intended for business use by professionals. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are using the Service in the course of a trade, business or profession.

Renders are AI-generated approximations for visualization and sales purposes only. Actual film colors, finishes, reflections and coverage will vary depending on lighting, the vehicle, the film batch and installation.

Renders are not a specification, color proof or quotation. You are responsible for verifying films against physical samples before purchasing materials or committing to client work. We accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on a Render.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@specwrap.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Independently of that, if a Render fails or produces a defective result, you can report it in the app and we may refund the credits used at our discretion. Failed renders are refunded automatically.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.

You retain all rights to the photographs you upload and, to the extent we hold any rights in them, the Renders generated from them. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and display your content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service (for example: storing photos, generating Renders, showing shared galleries to your clients).

You are responsible for your content. You confirm you have the necessary rights to upload it — including any permissions needed for photographs of third-party vehicles or people — and that it does not infringe any law or third-party right.

If you share a project gallery with a client via a share link, anyone with that link can view the gallery. You control creating and sharing such links.

The Service — including its software, design, film catalog data and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as intended.

Film names, product codes and manufacturer brands shown in the catalog belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. SpecWrap is not affiliated with or endorsed by the film manufacturers listed.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide reasonable advance notice and you will keep access to credits already purchased for the notice period.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from decisions based on Renders.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@specwrap.xyz. We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, liability limits and governing law) survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription before the changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Turin (Tribunale di Torino), Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum provided by applicable law.
